This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Execute product launches with consistent excellence as a patient advocate.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets in the designated territory by developing and implementing a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Exhibit scientific and clinical expertise regarding Acoramidis.
• Engage customers in clinically pertinent conversations utilizing approved resources.
• Analyze sales data to uncover opportunities for business growth and address territory challenges.
• Plan and implement key company initiatives.
• Collaborate in compliance with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Assess the business landscape, competitive environment, and territory market to enhance business performance.
• Develop, foster, and sustain professional relationships with targeted KOLs, physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and multidisciplinary center staff.
• Navigate the hospital formulary process and create strategies for successful product positioning and accessibility.
• Anticipate business challenges, modify priorities, and devise solutions.
• Maintain proficiency in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market insight, and product information.
• Collaborate with colleagues and company personnel to meet corporate goals.
• Plan and organize schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Represent BridgeBio, its products, and personnel with professionalism and integrity.
• Complete tasks and projects assigned by Sales Leadership.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• BS/BA degree required; MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Over 8 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• More than 5 years of experience in Rare Disease, Cardiology, Specialty, or ATTR.
• Experience in product or indication launches, with a proven history of successfully introducing products into highly competitive markets.
• Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytical, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to prioritize and execute plans effectively.
• Proven leadership skills with a high degree of accountability.
• Ability to influence others without authority, both internally and externally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using remote technology to engage with customers.
