Text & Reasoning LLM, NLU Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Direct the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated Natural Language Understanding (NLU) solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for text and reasoning applications.

• Take ownership of the technical integrity and quality of NLU solutions, guaranteeing robust, scalable, and maintainable code and models.

• Supervise architectural decisions, code evaluations, and best practices for LLM-driven NLU systems.

• Ensure the timely and successful rollout of NLU features and enhancements, actively identifying and addressing potential risks.

• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making critical technical choices and establishing standards for the team.

• Spearhead initiatives that involve complex reasoning, multi-turn dialogue, and advanced text comprehension, often across several projects or products.

• Propel measurable enhancements in NLU accuracy, performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Mentor engineers and data scientists, promoting a culture of technical excellence and ongoing learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying LLM-based NLU systems.

• Profound understanding of NLP, machine learning, and reasoning algorithms.

• Expertise in Python and relevant machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable architectures.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication and leadership skills.

• Proven track record of technical mentorship and achieving impactful outcomes in AI/NLU projects.
