Senior AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development cycle of AI-driven features, from initial prototyping all the way to production implementation.

• Incorporate LLMs and ML models into current web and mobile applications, as well as backend APIs.

• Create 'AI-first' user experiences, ensuring functionalities like autocomplete, summarization, and intelligent search are user-friendly and efficient.

• Develop, test, and refine intricate system prompts to guarantee high-quality, safe, and consistent outputs from models.

• Construct and oversee Agentic workflows (utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen) to streamline multi-step business processes.

• Establish strong error-management and 'fallback' mechanisms for unpredictable AI responses to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Serve as the AI expert within your Product Squad, assisting Product Managers in distinguishing between what is technically achievable and what constitutes 'AI hype.'

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to address AI-specific design challenges.

• Engage in agile ceremonies, contributing to task grooming, planning, and rapid iterations.

• Create applications capable of transitioning effortlessly between Cloud APIs and On-Premises models.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Full-Stack or Backend Software Engineering.

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in developing and deploying AI-integrated features.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment within a 'Squad' framework.

• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript (React/Node.js).

• Practical experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.

• Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working with Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying to AWS/Azure or local GPU setups.
