Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement front-end components using React and TypeScript, along with back-end systems utilizing Node.js, Python, and Go, which include vault logic, API endpoints, and integration with lending and AMM protocols.

• Design and deploy AI functionalities such as predictive analytics, risk signal models, and recommender systems to guide vault strategies and user decision-making.

• Work in collaboration with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and engaging experiences for DeFi users.

• Ensure secure development practices for interactions with smart contracts, vault mechanics, and interoperability across chains.

• Construct and uphold CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps workflows for efficient deployment.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance and reliability of the protocol.

• Keep abreast of the latest AI frameworks, tools, and best practices in DeFi to consistently improve the tech stack and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Go).

• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) or AI-augmented development tools (e.g., Copilot, LLM integrations).

• A solid understanding of DeFi concepts, including vaults, AMMs, lending protocols, and the integration of smart contracts.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with blockchain networks, Web3 libraries, and security best practices.

• Additional desirable qualifications include proven experience in building intelligent dashboards or ML-backed financial systems, familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or integrating AI agents via protocols like MCP, previous experience delivering production-grade DeFi UIs or smart contract front-ends, and knowledge of secure coding practices specific to financial protocols.
