This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Work as a consultant responsible for testing across various assignments and environments.

• Enhance your skills and contribute to the success of the teams.

• Coordinate, lead, and establish conditions to ensure quality in delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9–12 years of experience in testing, with several years in a test leadership role.

• Experience in planning, leading, and monitoring testing activities, including test plans and prioritization.

• Ability to coordinate teams, secure resources, and drive testing efforts forward.

• Experience leading both larger and smaller testing projects.

• Proficient in analyzing test results, reporting, and following up on discrepancies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and an understanding of how testing integrates into build and release processes.

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Swedish citizenship.

• It is advantageous if you have: experience working with automated testing, knowledge of Python, C#, and/or Java, and experience in assignments within the public sector and/or classified environments.
