Testing & Repair Procedure Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Document and execute maintenance, testing, and repair procedures in accordance with applicable codes and KONE standards.

• Manage and oversee the documentation production process based on prioritized needs.

• Engage in relevant ASME code committees relating to Service Operations.

• Utilize technology as a reporting tool and collaborate with IT personnel to develop evaluation systems.

• Lead and advocate for change within service operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in service operations management.

• Technical proficiency in service operations and elevator codes.

• Proven track record in code-related testing and repair processes.

• Completion of NEIEP/CEIEP education and Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) Certification is advantageous.

• Familiarity with elevator and escalator systems.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with remarkable attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Projects, PPMT, etc.).

• Capability to document procedural descriptions with draft images using Office tools.

• Ability to effectively communicate KONE's service methods and processes at both the field mechanic and management levels.
