Tester Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan and compose test scenarios based on project requirements;

• Conduct functional, non-functional, regression, interface tests, among others, to ensure product quality;

• Identify, document, and report bugs, collaborating closely with the development team to resolve them;

• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;

• Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and ensure that tests cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the product;

• Verify the persistence and correctness of saved data in the database.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;

• Knowledge of bug and test management tools;

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum development practices;

• Understanding of databases;

• Knowledge of sprint lifecycle;

• Ability to analyze and interpret logs;

• Planning and creation of test scenarios;

• Experience in manual software testing and execution of automated tests;

• Bug management skills;

• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) with a focus on inter-team collaboration.
