Test Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Assisting in the selection of appropriate facilities for the testing site.

• Aiding in the preparation of necessary documentation for the commissioning and operation of the facilities.

• Supporting development and AIT teams with operations-related tasks such as training and cleaning services.

• Ensuring that the facilities meet safety and security regulations.

• Assisting with procurement for essential needs (consumables, daily necessities, PREQs...) and test site operations.

• Coordinating and ensuring timely maintenance of the Assembly and test facilities in the UAE.

• Coordinating and ensuring security measures and restricted access to test facilities in the UAE.

• Performing various administrative tasks as required to assist the teams.

• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

• Assisting in the management of incoming and outgoing package deliveries.

• Defining, implementing, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and applications according to regulations and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; any additional higher education degree is appreciated.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing facilities for engineering firms, preferably within the aerospace sector.

• Familiarity with UAE regulations, particularly regarding safety.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Enthusiasm for advancing the commercial space industry.

• Highly motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up environment.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
