Test & Quality Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive end-to-end testing, ensuring solutions are meticulously evaluated and fully meet the established customer requirements and design specifications.

• Develop test scripts derived from Test Plans / Low Level Designs for the assessment of enterprise Network infrastructure (SDWAN / Routers / switches / firewalls / Cloud WAN) and link them to the requirements.

• Comprehend the purposes of various Test phases: Unit, System Integration, Functional, Non-Functional, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Acceptance.

• Conduct network testing both remotely and on customer premises.

• Gather evidence of Test execution, and report results and defects in qTest.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience and understanding of Cisco Switches / Router console commands.

• Proficient in handling Fibre optic cables.

• Familiarity with Data Centre operating procedures and protocols for working on customer sites.

• Ability to set up network test equipment, such as for RFC 2544 testing, Performance Testing with iPerf, and packet capture.

• Knowledge of Network and Service Management tools (e.g., StableNet, Catalyst Center / DNA Centre).

• ISTQB Foundation Certification (Desirable).

• Experience with AI & Automation (Desirable).
