Rhino/Revit BIM QA Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Rhino-to-Revit validation and quality control workflow.

• Develop and uphold standards for modeling, layering, naming, and file organization.

• Assess Rhino files from various artists to ensure quality, consistency, and BIM readiness.

• Conduct ongoing testing and validation of the Rhino-to-Revit import process.

• Detect and resolve issues related to geometry, organization, and interoperability.

• Collaborate closely with project leadership, lead modelers, and client-side BIM teams.

• Perform clash detection and constructability reviews as necessary.

• Monitor and communicate technical risks, issues, and recommendations.

• Assist in maintaining efficient production workflows across a large modeling team.

• Engage in technical reviews and production meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Rhino 3D.

• Solid working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.

• Proven experience in managing Rhino-to-Revit interoperability.

• Background in QA/QC for architectural, themed entertainment, experiential, fabrication, or large-scale design projects.

• Strong grasp of model organization, layer structures, naming conventions, and file management best practices.

• Capability to identify geometry issues that could affect downstream BIM workflows.

• Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced production environment.
