Test Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and sustain automated testing scripts for web applications.

• Identify and prioritize test cases for automation based on risk and impact assessment.

• Carry out automated regression tests and evaluate the outcomes.

• Record, monitor, and confirm defects until resolution.

• Work collaboratively with developers during sprint cycles to ensure testability.

• Engage in test planning, review of test cases, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A total of over 10 years of experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in Medicaid pharmacy operations, MMIS/MES systems, PBM functions, or pharmacy claims processing.

• Strong knowledge of: NDC, HCPCS, quantity limits, and drug pricing methodologies including Medicaid PDL, clinical PA criteria, and DUR requirements, as well as pharmacy benefit administration and reimbursement models.

• Practical experience with EDI transactions (837, 835, 278).

• Proficient in using test management tools and SQL for data validation.

• Familiarity with Gainwell, Conduent, Optum, Magellan, or other Medicaid pharmacy modules.
