Test Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Establish testing strategies based on the acceptance criteria of user stories.

• Create, implement, and uphold both manual and automated test cases.

• Record test results, defects, and testing evidence according to the client's standards.

• Guarantee traceability and coverage of tests throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Recognize testing risks, dependencies, and areas for improvement.

• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders within an Agile Scrum/Kanban framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Test Management and Test Engineering.

• Comprehensive knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing lifecycle.

• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and Octane.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is essential.
