This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead and enhance the regional Field Service organization by overseeing Field Service Engineers throughout the Western U.S.
• Take charge of recruitment, coaching, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing and scalable team.
• Manage service delivery and operational efficiency across the region.
• Propel key service KPIs while optimizing resources and reducing cost-to-serve.
• Provide a unique customer experience by fostering strong relationships with key accounts.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience or a Master's degree with at least 7 years of experience in field service or a related support function.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• A valid U.S. Passport.
