Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist with all SLT NPI manufacturing and engineering tasks on the production floor, from initial product introduction to mass production.

• Create and enhance automated testing systems and thermal solutions for System-Level Testing (SLT).

• Set up test stations, configure hardware, qualify systems, and maintain equipment for NPI and production.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors on the design, development, and validation of testing equipment.

• Plan and carry out Design of Experiments (DOE) to uncover root causes and address production challenges.

• Gather, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to promote improvements in yield and productivity.

• Offer immediate engineering support to production operations and resolve test-related issues on the spot.

• Create and sustain test programs and tools for system-level and chip-level debugging, validation, and failure analysis.

• Utilize the latest AI technologies to enhance testing efficiency, automate workflows, improve data analysis, and elevate quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sector.

• A solid background in ATC thermal solutions, along with test hardware and software development, is strongly preferred.

• Expertise in Linux shell scripting, Python, SQL, and AI tools for automation and data analysis.

• Demonstrated troubleshooting and debugging abilities in hardware, software, and manufacturing test environments.

• Experience with System-Level Test (SLT), New Product Introduction (NPI), high-volume manufacturing, or production testing operations is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a cross-functional setting.

• Practical experience with Allegro or similar schematic capture and PCB design tools is advantageous.

• Practical experience with Creo or similar mechanical CAD software for engineering drawings and fixture design is a plus.
