Test Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the implementation and upgrades of the iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite.

• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the system's functionality and performance.

• Detect and document defects and issues, collaborating closely with developers and project teams for resolution.

• Work alongside clients and internal teams to grasp project requirements and timelines.

• Offer guidance and support to clients and end-users throughout the testing phases.

• Record test results, encompassing defects, issues, and their resolutions.

• Keep informed about the latest iCIMS updates, releases, and best practices in testing and quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• Comprehensive understanding of the functionality and configuration of the iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite.

• Preferred experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
