Test Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.

• Collaborate with development teams to establish testing strategies and ensure solution testability.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous delivery.

• Analyze test outcomes, identify defects, and collaborate with teams to address issues.

• Contribute to enhancing testing processes, tools, and best practices.

• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Engage in code reviews with an emphasis on testability and quality.

• Ensure accurate test documentation and reporting.

• Assist with performance and security testing initiatives as required.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and foster cross-team collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in test automation and software testing.

• Strong programming capabilities in Python or a similar language.

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, specifically Robot.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills in English.
