Test Analyst/Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• We are seeking to add a Test Analyst/Manager for a strategic project involving the migration from GPP to Neo, within an agile and collaborative environment.

• Join a multidisciplinary Scrum team, actively participating in the validation of software solutions, ensuring both functional and technical quality of the product, and closely collaborating with development and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in software testing, including: Design and execution of test cases, Management and tracking of defects, Ability to analyze issues, collaborate with developers, and actively contribute to a Scrum team.

• High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written, for effective communication and documentation.

• Analytical profile with strong attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently, managing priorities in dynamic environments.

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans and cases.

• Identify, document, and follow up on defects until resolution.

• Collaborate closely with development and business teams to ensure quality standards are met.

• Produce clear reports on testing progress, results, and identified risks.
