Test Analyst, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing.

• Engage in refinement sessions and technical discussions, ensuring quality is integrated from the onset of development (shift-left).

• Detect, log, and monitor defects until they are resolved.

• Develop and sustain test cases.

• Validate requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Assess risks and establish test strategies.

• Create and uphold automated testing procedures.

• Assist in defining, enhancing, and maintaining the organization's test automation strategy to boost efficiency, coverage, and reliability.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and expand test coverage.

• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a mid-level Test Analyst.

• Extensive knowledge of functional, exploratory, and regression testing.

• Practical experience with test automation tools (Playwright or Cypress).

• Proficient in creating, maintaining, and advancing automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with Postman for API testing.

• Understanding of SQL databases.

• Experience in analyzing requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Proven experience working within agile methodologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-motivated, with a keen sense of priorities and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
