Fractional VP of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails based on specific keywords, messaging direction, and image guidelines.

• Offer creative insights and suggestions.

• Deliver thumbnails in grouped batches.

• Optionally, edit long-form videos by removing errors and filler content, adding B-roll and light animations, while ensuring a polished and professional pacing.

• Generate captivating short-form clips from long-form content tailored for social media platforms.

• Present final outputs for client review and approval prior to publishing.

• During the onboarding process, complete smaller video segments and return them within roughly 24–48 hours for feedback.

• Produce around 1–2 videos monthly, including one complete episode or long-form edit, 2–3 thumbnails, and 2–3 short-form videos.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Demonstrated experience in designing YouTube thumbnails.

• Strong skills in visual hierarchy, composition, and attention-grabbing design.

• Ability to adhere to detailed instructions.

• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.

• Consistently meet deadlines.

• Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools (preferred).

• Knowledge of YouTube performance metrics (preferred).

• Experience with B-roll and light animations (preferred).

• Understanding of content optimization strategies for YouTube (preferred).
