Test Analyst – Credit 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a mentor and promoter of a culture focused on quality and care.

• Utilize strategic thinking in software testing, including automation processes.

• Prepare and conduct testing activities.

• Document bugs and test cases clearly and accurately.

• Develop and review software quality documentation, such as test strategies, test plans, and evidence reports.

• Provide updates on project delivery, including progress, risks, and issues.

• Encourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and transparency among team members.

• Attend meetings to establish timelines and deliverables.

• Design and implement both manual and automated test scenarios for web applications and APIs.

• Strategize, develop, and execute both progressive and regression test plans.

• Define and validate test scenarios for each new version release.

• Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree holder or currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward in Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related IT field.

• Experience in both functional and non-functional testing.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst.

• Familiarity with test and defect management tools.

• Proven experience in developing test automation scripts.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.

• Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development (BDD).

• Experience with relational databases.

• Proficiency in creating scripts using SQL, T-SQL, and/or PL/pgSQL.

• Experience with code control and versioning using Git.

• Skilled in creating and maintaining test automation scripts.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or IBM Cloud.

• Experience in the financial services sector.

• Possession of software testing certifications like CTFL or CTAL.

• Knowledge of Docker technology.

• Understanding of DevOps and NoOps cultures.

• Familiarity with Jenkins.

• Strong programming logic capabilities.
