This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Develop and review software quality documentation such as test strategies, test plans, and test evidence reports.

• Ability to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and transparency progressively.
• Participate in meetings to establish deadlines and deliverables.
• Design and execute both manual and automated test scenarios for web applications and APIs.
• Plan, develop, and carry out progressive and regression test plans.
• Define and verify test scenarios for every new release.
• Collaborate with the development team to discover opportunities for process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in both functional and non-functional testing.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst.
• Familiarity with test and defect management tools.
• Experience in developing test automation scripts.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe).
• Understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Proficient with relational databases.
• Experience in creating scripts using database languages (SQL, T-SQL, and/or PL/pgSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems using Git.
