Test Analyst – Backoffice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the development team to evaluate features in test environments, aiming to reduce system failures in production;

• Guarantee the quality of the system provided to clients;

• Support the documentation of processes;

• Conduct exploratory testing;

• Carry out manual testing of system routines;

• Identify root causes and replicate/simulate issues;

• Create user manuals for system functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in quality testing within sales, purchasing, finance, and/or billing domains;

• Familiarity with ERP systems;

• A hands-on and analytical mindset;

• Highly observant and a critical thinker;

• Inquisitive nature;

• Integrity;

• Strong sense of urgency.
