Territory Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of 14 Field Service Engineers and optimize their utilization within the designated territory.

• Assign Field Service Engineers to projects and act as the main escalation contact for any field labor-related issues.

• Oversee financials related to Field Labor, offer business forecasts, and develop comprehensive resource planning.

• Provide commercial assistance in securing field labor opportunities and collaborate with businesses that require field labor for startup and commissioning phases.

• Contribute to the creation and pricing of proposals.

• Mentor and offer support to Field Service Engineers, Proposal Leads, and Project Administrators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor employment visas for this job opening, either now or in the future.

• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.

• A valid driver's license.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing engineers, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.

• Familiarity with Rockwell Automation business systems.
