• Actively pursue customer acquisition within the designated territory.

• Represent RRC as a rapidly expanding leader in the industry at trade shows and events.

• Possess a thorough understanding of customer requirements, market trends, and sales potential to drive substantial growth.

• Foster enduring relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring engagement throughout their design cycle, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Analyze the competitive landscape and provide valuable market insights.

• Oversee your sales pipeline and optimize conversion rates.

• Offer technical assistance to customers and channel partners.

• Create regional sales strategies alongside multi-year demand forecasts.

• Independently negotiate both technical and commercial contracts.

• Utilize advanced tools such as CRM and MS Office to achieve optimal efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated success in a technical consultative sales position or related roles such as customer support or service within a relevant B2B setting.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• High intrinsic motivation and curiosity, driving a continuous learning and improvement mindset.

• Excellent aptitude for analyzing and addressing customer challenges, turning unique selling propositions into effective solutions.

• A natural inclination to visit customers onsite, with the willingness and ability to travel within your territory, attend national trade shows, and participate in semi-annual meetings at the Corporate Headquarters in Homburg, Germany.

• Build robust, long-term relationships with customers by collaborating with them, providing technical solutions, and anticipating their needs.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
