This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets by implementing the Market Plan effectively.
• Develop an account strategy for the top 10 Target Contractor accounts within the assigned territory.
• Ensure Account Plans include engagement with business owners or key executives to facilitate high-level involvement.
• Manage the project pipeline in SFDC to maintain visibility on projects and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with the National Accounts Team to leverage national relationships for local alignment and execution of corporate strategies.
• Use SFDC as a management tool for business operations.
• Regularly update account information, log face-to-face meetings with target accounts, and communicate account development progress.
• Provide training to enhance awareness of Uponor’s value proposition.
• Actively seek opportunities to support the business's success through engagement in team initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years of related sales experience is required.
• Proven knowledge of major account selling and familiarity with the construction market is essential.
• Experience in wholesale distribution and a solid understanding of the independent manufacturer representative model is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, planning, and presentation skills are a must.
• Experience in the PHCP industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally, up to 25% on a monthly basis.
