This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Develop and implement a territory strategy to achieve or surpass sales objectives
• Cultivate advocacy among dental equipment dealers to enhance customer acquisition
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with end users throughout the territory
• Utilize CRM tools to manage and monitor sales opportunities
• Keep abreast of products, technologies, and competitive landscape
• Represent KaVo at industry trade shows and corporate events
• Operate within the designated budget for the territory
• Lift and transport demonstration equipment weighing up to 20 lbs as necessary
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in the dental industry
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
• Minimum of 1 year of business-to-business sales experience in a commission-based role
• Valid driver's license is required
• Previous sales experience in the dental sector is preferred
• Formal sales training is preferred
• Ability to clearly communicate technical and clinical product information is preferred
• Self-aware, action-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable in ambiguous situations is preferred
