Territory Sales Manager – Truck Tire

📋 Description

• Drive sales for replacement tires in the commercial truck and trailer market.

• Act as a knowledgeable and trusted business advisor, providing expertise on Continental products and services.

• Combine sales efforts with the promotion of innovative technologies and services.

• Identify new customer prospects while maintaining relationships with existing accounts in both dealerships and fleets.

• Foster strong and reliable relationships with customers through regular site visits and sales interactions.

• Generate and sustain sales activities with key regional fleets and dealers.

• Oversee the launch process of new products and services to ensure their successful integration into the product line.

• Monitor progress and adapt strategies by performing market analysis and forecasting articles.

• Address operational and administrative challenges, respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, and prepare both routine and special reports as requested by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, or a high school diploma with 3 or more years of relevant sales experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in the tire, automotive, technology sector, or other industries requiring critical consultative sales skills or business operations, or 2 or more years of Military service.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, and climbing around commercial vehicles, including lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally, which may involve rolling, moving, or stacking items.

• Legal authorization to work in the US is mandatory.
