• Maintain and expand current accounts while pursuing new business opportunities through the implementation of our sales strategy.
• Establish and nurture a solid and trustworthy relationship with our clients in the designated territory through regular site visits and sales interactions.
• Cultivate and oversee sales activities at prominent regional fleets and dealerships.
• Inspire our customers by providing high-performance products, technological solutions, and your expertise in the product.
• Take charge of the launch process for our new products and services, ensuring successful integration into our existing product lineup.
• Track progress and adapt strategies by performing market analysis and forecasting articles.
• Address operational and administrative challenges, respond to both internal and external inquiries, and prepare routine and specialized reports as required by management.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Over 1 year of experience, ideally in the tire, automotive, technology sector, or any industry where consultative sales skills or business operations are essential, or at least 2 years of Military service.
• A valid driver's license with a dependable driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Capacity to meet physical demands, including lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, and climbing around commercial vehicles. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, including rolling, moving, or stacking items.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is mandatory. We are unable to sponsor individuals for employment visas for this position, either now or in the future.
