
Territory Sales Manager – Truck Tire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Retain and expand current accounts while pursuing new business opportunities by implementing our sales strategy.
• Establish and nurture a strong, trusting relationship with customers in the territory through regular site visits and sales calls.
• Develop and sustain sales activities at key regional fleets and dealerships.
• Inspire our customers by providing high-performance products, technology solutions, and your expertise in the product area.
• Take ownership of the launch process for new products and services, ensuring their successful integration into our product lineup.
• Monitor progress and refine strategy through market analysis and article forecasting.
• Address operational and administrative challenges, respond to internal and external inquiries, and prepare routine and specialized reports as required by management.
• Bachelor's degree with 1-3+ years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with 3-6+ years of related sales experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the tire, automotive, technology sectors, or any industry where consultative sales skills or business operations are essential, or 2+ years of military service.
• A valid driver's license and a responsible driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Capability to meet physical demands, including lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, and climbing around commercial vehicles, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds, including rolling, moving, or stacking.
