This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a portfolio comprising medium- and high-potential clients across self-service, traditional, and small retail channels;
• Achieve individual sales and revenue goals;
• Mentor and train newly recruited sales representatives;
• Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies, ensuring optimal product placement, including refrigerated goods;
• Collect intelligence on competitors, market dynamics, and business prospects;
• Evaluate performance reports and suggest corrective measures.
• High school diploma;
• Proficient in utilizing technology tools like smartphones;
• Familiarity with sales ERP systems;
• Previous experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, ideally within the food sector;
• Basic understanding of refrigerated products;
• Leadership abilities and the capacity to train and assist less-experienced team members;
• Possession of a vehicle and availability for short trips within the assigned region;
• Strong communication skills, results-driven, and proactive.
