This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management and development of key accounts: You will oversee a valuable customer portfolio, strategically and sustainably enhancing existing business relationships.
• Growth of your sales territory: In addition to supporting current clients, you will actively seek out new market opportunities and acquire new business partners.
• Consultative customer interaction: You will assess individual customer needs and create customized marketing and growth strategies.

• Several years of experience in field sales: You are well-acquainted with the dynamics of a challenging sales territory and are confident in face-to-face customer interactions.
• Demonstrated sales achievements: You understand how to cultivate stable customer relationships and effectively develop revenue potential.
• Comfort in engaging with decision-makers: Whether it's CEOs, owners, or seasoned market participants, you interact in a professional, reliable, and persuasive manner.
• Strong personal responsibility and organizational skills: You work independently, think commercially, and efficiently manage your territory.
• Preferably experience in B2B settings: Ideally in real estate, digital media, platform businesses, SaaS, or consultative sales roles.
• Professional sales environment: Defined responsibilities, quick decision-making processes, and a market with genuine growth potential.
