• Retain and expand existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities by implementing our sales strategy.
• Establish and nurture strong, trustworthy relationships with customers in the territory through regular site visits and sales calls.
• Develop and sustain sales activities with key regional fleets and dealers.
• Inspire our customers by providing high-performance products, innovative technology solutions, and your product expertise.
• Oversee the launch process of new products and services to ensure their successful integration into our product lineup.
• Track progress and refine strategies through comprehensive market analysis and article forecasting.
• Address operational and administrative challenges, respond to internal and external inquiries, and prepare routine and special reports as needed by management.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience, ideally in the tire, automotive, or technology sectors, or another field where consultative sales skills or business operations are essential, or 2+ years of military service.
• Valid driver's license and a responsible driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Capability to meet physical demands, including lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, and climbing around commercial vehicles, with occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds, including rolling, moving, or stacking.
