• Retain and expand current accounts while pursuing new business opportunities through the implementation of our sales strategy.
• Establish a robust and trustworthy relationship with our clients in the territory through regular site visits and sales calls.
• Cultivate and sustain sales activities with key regional fleets and dealers.
• Inspire our customers by providing high-performance products, technological solutions, alongside your product expertise.
• Oversee the launch process for new products and services to ensure seamless integration into our product line.
• Track progress and modify strategies by performing market analysis and forecasting articles.
• Address operational and administrative challenges, respond to internal and external inquiries, and prepare both routine and special reports as required by management.
• Bachelor's degree and over 1 year of sales experience, or a high school diploma with more than 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the tire, automotive, technology sector, or another industry where consultative sales skills or business operations are essential, or 2+ years of Military service.
• A valid driver's license with a responsible driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Capability to meet physical demands, including lifting, walking, sitting, squatting, and climbing around commercial vehicles, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, including rolling, moving, or stacking.
