• The Territory Sales Manager will establish business relationships with key accounts and oversee sales and training initiatives with each account at a regional level.
• Drive National Account sales for Continental Tire North America (CTNA) products and support Dealer sell-out efforts.
• Conduct Sales Calls – Engage in face-to-face meetings following structured call plans, with subsequent entries into the CRM system.
• Retain and expand existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities by executing the sales strategy.
• Create and uphold a territory coverage plan.
• Meet assigned sales targets within designated regions and accounts.
• Assist the Sales Manager in formulating programs and concepts to reach sales and profit goals.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of related professional experience, or at least 6 years of relevant sales experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• Proven experience and skills in Sales and Marketing.
• Understanding of the principles, practices, and standard methodologies in Sales, along with familiarity with standard Marketing programs to offer advisory services.
• Experience with Microsoft Programs, including the ability to fill and modify templates, tables, charts, and effectively use various formatting functions.
• Capability to lift Truck Tires.
• A valid driver's license and passport are mandatory.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
