• Personally overseeing and expanding key accounts
• Mentoring, guiding, and nurturing Account Managers designated to the region
• Enhancing performance throughout the Southwest territory (Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi)
• Recognizing growth opportunities within and beyond the fire protection sector
• Establishing and strengthening long-term partnerships with high-value clients
• Crafting and delivering strategic growth proposals to key accounts
• Aiding in the onboarding and continuous development of sales team members
• Holding oneself and the team accountable for meeting established internal and external KPIs
• Collecting and communicating customer feedback
• Monitoring, reporting, and managing performance utilizing CRM tools
• Acting as an internal subject-matter expert for the Southwest region
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities
• Self-driven with a proven history of achieving results
• Familiarity with CRM reporting and sales performance analysis
• Experience in presentations (preferred)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (preferred)
• Over 3 years of relevant sales leadership experience (preferred)
