
Territory Sales Manager, Golf Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +11 more states.
• Focus on enhancing overall revenue performance for the designated territory while achieving regional sales objectives.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic territory plans that align with the company’s goals.
• Examine sales data, pipeline activities, and market trends to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Partner with key and strategic accounts while ensuring comprehensive account coverage across the region.
• Travel within the region to engage with golf courses, retailers, fitting centers, academies, colleges, and partners.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key customers and influencers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
• Represent Revelyst Golf Technology at trade shows, demo days, tournaments, and other regional events as required.
• Act as a regional liaison among sales, marketing, operations, and other regional sales and leadership teams.
• Provide actionable market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
• Maintain an accurate and current sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools.
• Ensure adherence to pricing policies, contractual terms, and company standards.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadership.
• Analyze regional market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify avenues for growth.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales or territory management.
• Previous experience in leading, mentoring, or managing sales representatives is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and capability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
