This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing support and advice to our clients with the goal of developing tailored solutions and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Professionally presenting our products, solutions, and concepts on-site at the client's location.
• Actively assisting in the development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
• Targeted growth of the customer base, for instance, through product and service bundling and acquiring new clients.
• Creating, presenting, and following up on offers.
• Independently conducting order negotiations and reviews.
• Providing commercial and technical consulting, as well as developing customer-specific solutions in close collaboration with our merchandisers.
• Working closely with the back office, sales support, and merchandisers.
• Successfully completed commercial or technical training.
• Experience as a field sales representative.
• Strong hands-on mentality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Independent and structured work approach.
• Sales-oriented mindset.
• Negotiation and closing confidence.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP Microsoft Navision is an advantage.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Willingness to travel.
