This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing the successful presentation of the innovative Dexcom product portfolio
• Positioning the company as a leader in continuous glucose monitoring
• Independently managing a defined territory
• Responsible for sales planning, creation of sales strategies, and customer support
• Managing diabetes specialty shops and acquiring new customers
• Achieving and exceeding revenue and KPI targets
• Utilizing sales and marketing strategies to meet objectives
• Identifying market opportunities and developing targeted strategies
• Planning and organizing customer events
• Collaborating across departments with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing
• Monitoring the market and competition
• Maintaining professional relationships with customer networks and opinion leaders
• Proven success in sales and acquiring new customers
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Ideally experience in sales with general practitioners, diabetologists, and diabetes specialty shops in your region
• Previous knowledge in diabetes management and a good understanding of CGM systems or other medical devices is desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Capacity to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop tailored sales strategies
• Very good understanding of digital applications and processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a winning mentality
• High self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to explore new paths
• Result-oriented, structured, and composed in a rapidly changing market
• Team player with a high degree of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
• Fluent in German and good English
• Valid driver's license.
