• Expanding Tyler Union’s market presence through specification initiatives.
• Overseeing, nurturing, and growing the current distributor network.

• Recognizing specification targets to coordinate with the Sales Engineer.
• Resolving field issues and handling product claims.
• Carrying out various sales and service-related tasks as assigned by management.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, training, and education.
• Prior experience in the waterworks industry is preferred.
• Willingness to undertake extensive domestic travel as required by projects and duties.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, assertive individuals who excel in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to negotiate and finalize deals.
• Strong financial and analytical skills along with effective presentation abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
