Territory Sales Manager – Region 51

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Expanding Tyler Union’s market presence through specification initiatives.

• Overseeing, nurturing, and growing the current distributor network.

• Delivering excellent customer service to support sales and profitability objectives.

• Assisting with technical inquiries and installation requirements.

• Establishing communication channels with distributors, engineers, and municipalities.

• Managing existing accounts and maintaining regular communication with clients.

• Providing weekly reports to management.

• Keeping track of competitors by collecting market data.

• Engaging in trade associations, including attending seminars and trade exhibitions.

• Collaborating with the Project Manager to identify and prioritize significant projects in the region.

• Recognizing specification targets to coordinate with the Sales Engineer.

• Resolving field issues and handling product claims.

• Carrying out various sales and service-related tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, training, and education.

• Prior experience in the waterworks industry is preferred.

• Willingness to undertake extensive domestic travel as required by projects and duties.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven, assertive individuals who excel in a dynamic environment.

• Capability to negotiate and finalize deals.

• Strong financial and analytical skills along with effective presentation abilities.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
