• Spearhead and implement the sales strategy within the designated territory, taking full responsibility for securing new bookings and developing opportunities among radiology practices, imaging centers, and hospitals/health systems.
• Cultivate and oversee a comprehensive pipeline of provider accounts throughout the Eastern territory, which includes New Jersey, New York, New England, and Canada, through proactive outreach, strategic marketing campaigns, and collaboration with partner channels.
• Interact with key stakeholders in clinical (radiologists), operational (imaging directors), and IT (CIO, CMIO) roles to provide customized product presentations and manage intricate sales cycles.
• Establish strong relationships that facilitate the development of business cases focusing on workflow enhancement, AI triage/prioritization, and consolidation of imaging platforms.
• Work collaboratively across various departments, including Sales Engineering, Product, Client Success, and Marketing, to ensure alignment between solutions and buyer expectations, thereby increasing deal velocity.
• Ensure optimal pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a background in clinical, healthcare informatics, or technical fields is preferred.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, imaging solutions, or medical device sales.
• Proven experience in selling to radiology groups, imaging centers, or hospitals/health systems.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare buyer personas and enterprise purchasing processes.
• A consultative, value-based selling methodology complemented by strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely while managing travel within the territory, including overnight stays as necessary.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
• Experience in selling PACS, VNA, RIS, AI-driven imaging tools, or radiology workflow software.
• Understanding of radiologist staffing challenges, imaging economics, and value-based care delivery models.
• Familiarity with the healthcare procurement lifecycle, including RFI/RFP management and IT/security reviews.
• Previous success in selling to multi-site provider networks or regional health systems.
