This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the sales of our decentralized ventilation systems within the Baden-Württemberg region.
• Work in conjunction with skilled inside-service technicians to create customized solutions for our clientele.
• Enhance existing collaborations with architectural firms and planners while pursuing new partnerships.
• Perform regular site evaluations and conduct on-site meetings to offer technical project assistance and personalized customer consultations.
• Assume complete responsibility from the planning and proposal phase to the successful completion of projects, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer service team.
• Several years of experience in field sales or as a sales manager, preferably within a technical domain.
• A results-oriented and solution-focused individual with a strong capability to effectively engage with various stakeholders, including architects, planners, and clients.
• A structured and self-reliant working style: whether at the client's location, while traveling, or at your desk, you maintain an overview of ongoing projects and cultivate relationships with partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with German proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
