
Territory Sales Manager – Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take full responsibility for planning and overseeing all sales operations within your territory.
• Alongside acquiring new clients, you will also manage and provide support to our current customer base on-site.
• Collaborating with our specialists, you will create customized solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• You will keep an eye on market trends and nurture existing relationships to enhance our network and promote our brand.
• A commercial qualification complemented by a solid technical understanding, or a technical qualification with strong commercial acumen.
• Several years of experience in field sales, particularly with technically complex products and/or capital goods, or experience in project-oriented business is preferred.
• A high level of initiative and persuasive abilities, along with strong communication skills across various organizational levels.
• Capability to interpret technical drawings and possess good spatial visualization skills — you will have the opportunity to learn AutoCAD drawing creation with us.
