This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide continuous insights and expert recommendations to hairdressers and their salon teams tailored to individual customer requirements, following Wella guidelines.
• Promote our products and service concepts through compelling presentations and persuasive arguments.
• Engage in sales negotiations while considering specified terms, budgets, and promotional offers.
• Recognize sales potential and additional customer needs for assigned salon clients.
• Develop proposals and solutions for salon management and explore opportunities for salon growth to enhance revenue.
• Present and independently strategize customer-specific promotions, ensuring successful execution.
• Guide customers on financing options to aid in client retention.
• Market and coordinate services and professional seminars.
• Execute market-development strategies as agreed upon with your manager.
• Identify potential new clients and actively pursue their acquisition.
• Conduct annual development discussions with customers.
• Advise clients on promotional materials and optimal product shelf placement.
• Completed three-year vocational training (commercial qualification; hairdressing qualification is a plus).
• Initial professional experience (2–3 years) in customer-facing roles and/or sales.
• Excellent communication skills and a sustainable, effective work approach.
• Above-average eagerness to learn and a strong drive for performance.
• Strong organizational abilities, quick adaptability, and high flexibility.
• Team-oriented individual.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work and make decisions independently at the customer's location.
• High commitment to service and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital media.
• Valid driver's license (car).
• Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel.
