Care Advisor – Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct advisory consultations (in line with §37 (3) SGB XI) with insured individuals and their families in their home settings within your designated area.

• Record consultations, assess individual needs, and initiate suitable follow-up actions.

• Provide training for caregiving relatives in accordance with §45 SGB XI.

• Offer guidance to care-dependent individuals and their families seeking assistance under the care counseling framework of §7a SGB XI.

• Conduct product training sessions and deliver professional advice to staff from various companies.

• Support the creation and development of informational materials.

• Establish and enhance regional networks and partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed education as a Registered Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), Geriatric Nurse (Altenpfleger), Nursing Specialist (Pflegefachmann/-fachfrau), or a comparable qualification.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience, including at least six months in ambulatory/home care settings.

• Qualifications in line with §45 and/or §7a SGB XI, or a willingness to pursue these qualifications.

• Proficient in MS Office and contemporary digital work tools.

• A strong commitment to sharing knowledge and assisting individuals.

• An understanding of the emotional significance of a home and its role within the caregiving context.

• Capability to provide communicative support to balance work and caregiving responsibilities.

• Valid Class B driver’s license.
