
Territory Sales Manager – Diabetes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• You will be accountable for effectively showcasing the cutting-edge Dexcom product portfolio along with the corresponding digital ecosystem to maximize targeted sales.
• You will independently oversee a designated territory and will be responsible for sales strategy, developing sales plans, providing customer support, assisting diabetes specialist shops, and acquiring new clients.
• You will aim to achieve and surpass the sales and KPI targets set for your territory.
• You will effectively leverage our sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed your objectives in the region.
• You will autonomously manage your territory and plan your routes, including the preparation and follow-up of visits in CRM systems.
• You will take charge of the territory budget by monitoring expenses.
• You will plan and independently coordinate customer events, which you will facilitate and/or lead.
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• You will consistently observe the market and competitors.
• You will uphold professional relationship management with customer networks, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders within your territory.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in diabetes and the medical device industry is a plus.
• Experience in both primary care and hospital settings is desirable.
