• Serve current customers, secure orders, and cultivate new client relationships by effectively planning and organizing daily work schedules to connect with existing and prospective sales outlets and other trade contacts.
• Direct sales efforts by analyzing both current and potential dealer volumes.
• Track competitors by collecting up-to-date marketplace data on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery timelines, and merchandising strategies.
• Address customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Maintain professional and technical expertise by reviewing industry publications and building personal networks.
• Carry out additional related duties as assigned.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Windows-based ERP systems (specific brand knowledge not required).
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• $70K base salary plus commission.
