This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of sales outcomes in your designated territory, focusing on new business acquisition, client retention, and overall profitability.
• Create and implement sales strategies for your territory that align with the company's objectives.
• Compete for agency shelf space within a multi-carrier landscape.
• Ensure accountability for yourself and agency partners regarding commitments.
• Oversee territory distribution by appointing new agencies and discontinuing relationships with non-partnered agencies.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to achieve targeted results.
• Conduct regular in-person field sales visits throughout your territory.
• Maintain necessary reporting and manage expenses effectively.
• At least five years of field-based experience in insurance sales.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets in competitive settings.
• Experience collaborating with independent agencies that represent various carriers.
• A self-driven, competitive, and accountable sales professional.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
• A valid California driver’s license and residence within the designated territory are mandatory.
