This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive utilization at client locations.
• Deliver high-quality clinical and technical assistance to ensure sites achieve procedural success and enhance therapy adoption.
• Educate clients to guarantee a thorough understanding and effective use of products and therapy.
• Comprehend clinical data and communicate its relevance to physician and patient benefits, ensuring the appropriate use of the Reducer.
• Probe to identify and confirm client needs, address objections, and secure commitment.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively, adhering to internal complaint policies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to facilitate access to new technologies.
• Develop and maintain precise account and territory records.
• Create and implement ambitious business plans for the territory.
• Provide regular updates on progress to the National Sales Manager through weekly calls and the Quarterly Business Review process.
• Assist the National Sales Manager in preparing quarterly forecasts and business objectives for the designated territory.
• Reside within the territory: Thuringia, Brandenburg, Saxony, or Berlin.
• Proficiency in German is required, with fluent business English highly preferred.
• Experience in the medical device industry is essential, particularly in Interventional Cardiology.
• Experience providing clinical support in a cath lab environment is necessary.
• Previous experience with the introduction of new therapies or products is advantageous.
• A strong track record of commercial success is required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must.
• Based in or near the territory with a willingness to spend over 90% of time in accounts.
• A positive and enthusiastic team player.
