This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identifying and engaging potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conducting market research to discover new opportunities and enhance the customer base.
• Presenting products and services to prospective clients through compelling demonstrations and sales pitches.
• Negotiating sales agreements, pricing, and contracts with customers to finalize deals.
• Closing sales and achieving targets by understanding customer needs and addressing their concerns.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Delivering outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Keeping precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software (Salesforce).
• Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of products or services and effectively meet customer needs.
• Meeting or surpassing sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by the sales manager or company leadership.
• Continuously enhancing sales techniques, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills through training and self-improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or with comparable products or services (required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas (required).
• Excellent persuasive interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both potential and existing clients.
• Customer-focused mindset aimed at delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
• Resilience to handle rejection and setbacks while maintaining a positive attitude and persistent approach to achieving goals.
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage leads, follow-ups, and sales appointments.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems to manage and update customer information.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
