This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Serve as the Territory Sales Manager for hospital clients and potential customers within the designated region.
• Successfully market equipment, disposables, software, and services related to our Cell Saver and Haemostasis product ranges using a strategic sales approach.
• Shape the standard of care for our technologies across various multidisciplinary specialties.
• Responsible for comprehensive territory oversight, meeting sales targets, ensuring profitability, and managing accounts within the specified product lines.
• Create and implement detailed territory plans for each account to boost revenue and acquire new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively promote and enhance the adoption of our technologies.
• Sustain existing business by ensuring account compliance and achieving incremental business growth.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales success in medical device sales.
• Background in highly consultative, capital equipment, and clinical sales.
• Experience in cardiology and Haemostasis management.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with a diverse audience, including clinicians at an advanced clinical application level.
• Skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations.
• Exhibits effective Strategic Selling skills and outstanding organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Project Management.
• Exceptional collaboration and team-building abilities.
• Proven track record of sales success in an acute care hospital setting (O.R. experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in managing capital sales and fostering sales pipelines.
